Service Advisor to work at our Slough branch
We currently have a position available for a Service Advisor to work within our Service department in Slough.
This is a full time position in which you will be expected to serve customers who have bought their vehicle in for servicing, MOT or mechanical repairs, creating computerized job cards and invoices, liaising with fleet companies and keeping customers informed as to the progress of their vehicle as well as upselling any additional work identified.
The ideal candidate must have previous motor trade experience, be IT literate, have good interpersonal skills, be a team player and have the ability to sell. The need to be flexible and dynamic is key for this role.
Customer service experience is essential for this role as the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a desire to deliver a world class customer service experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.45am – 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturday’s 8.30am – 5pm.
