Convenient Servicing

We understand that our customers are busy that’s why we offer while-you-wait appointments and an overnight servicing facility. Drop your vehicle off to any of SMC Ford’s service centres before 4pm on any week day and our technicians will ensure your car is ready to go by 9am the following day.

We promise to offer a one to one consultation with a trained technician and a complimentary Vehicle Healthcheck each time you visit one of our dedicated service centres. SMC Ford also promises that no unnecessary work will be recommended, and that you won’t pay more than the price you are quoted. A full refund will be given if we do not adhere to all of these promises (terms and conditions apply).

Courtesy Services

For your convenience SMC Ford offer a free collection and delivery service. We can collect your car from your home or place of work within a 12 mile radius, and once all work is completed deliver your car back to you. This service is available upon request and we may require at least 1 weeks’ notice to guarantee this service. To keep you on the road whilst we are servicing your car courtesy vehicles are available, this service is free of charge if you pay for the “Self Insure” which is normally £10 per day.

Price Match

At SMC we endeavor to offer professional services at competitive prices, so if you find a local garage offering the same service for less we promise to match that price. SMC will match the price of any like for like work from any repairer from within a 5 mile radius.
